What makes our BE TV membership so special? 40+ live streamed classes a week, and a huge variety, too. Zoom into our studio classes live or practice with the recording for up to 4 days after. Enjoy class on your own time, taught by some of the best in the business.
Schedule
Choose from a large variety of classes, including Power Flow, Body Beats, Kettlebells, Core, Restorative, Foundations, and more. Recordings are available for viewing for up to four days after the scheduled class time. So if you register and can’t make it, or want to redo the class, you can! Book a class.
